I have just had an email from a firm who lease copier and printing equipment.

Their prices seem very reasonable and having spoken with them the machine are refurbished. However, they are obviously covered if anything were to go wrong.

Do others lease equipment in this way?

If so what equipment? Do you go as far as leasing PC's?

Also where do users recommend? And how much should these machines cost per month?

Refurbished
Is it pessimistic to think "refurbished" office equipment means: bought for a song at the local auction house and given a wipe over with a damp cloth?

Leasing
The first question you should ask when you visit a leasing company is "who owns that printer?"

You invariably find they own their own. That tells you all you need to know about leasing.
