Lessor Accounting SSAP21

We have just been asked to act for a small leasing company. The leases are all vehicle leases, and would be defined as finance leases within SSAP21.

To save re-inventing the wheel, does anyone have a spreedsheet to help with how to catagorise the lease, and with tax and disclosure.
