Limited Liability Partnership Regulations 2001
The published accounts are basically in the same form and content of the Companies Act 1985, but as applied to LLPs by regulation 3 of the above Act. You will find the schedules in 4, 4a, 5, 8 and 8a of the above regulations.
Again, like small and medium sized private companies limited by shares, certain information may be omitted from the accounts.

Google for "LLP SORP" and you'll come across the Statement Of Recommended Practice for the preparation of LLPs that was issued by the ASB. Basically, this will tell you how to adapt a limited company to an LLP.
Note that the SORP is due to be updated, taking on board more recent accounting standards. The most notable difference will be the treatment of members' capital.
