On Line Info about Tax returns

Didn't find your answer?

But it does show the overpayment available for repayment which they were notified from the tax return not received!

Are they still having problems updating the site?

Additionally I am finding that they are ignoring instructions on the tax returns.
I nearly always have to ring them to ask why tax was no included on a tax code, from a return submitted very early, or even on occassion why a rebate was not repaid, even though they have full bank details etc from the return requesting the repayment.

Does anyone else think they ignore a lot of what is on the returns?

This is about par for the course. When I have queried this with officers at HMRC, they have no idea why but say, "it just happens".

Doesn't really inspire confidence in the robustness of their systems, does it/

Further to my Comments
All the SA forms submitted in the last 2 days are recorded as received on the site (and processed)

I seems to be all the returns sumbitted during the previous 2 weeks that are shown as still outstanding - although they all have the payment/credits details correct and up to date.
