I know this is information rather than a question but I thought it might be useful to some.
I have not been able to access several of my CT clients through the on-line services and put it down to a failure to process the 64-8. Upon enquiry I have established that the 64-8's have all been actioned but someone has failed to do whatever is required to cancel an existing allocation. The on-line helpdesk have have been very helpful and corrected the problem in 5 minutes.

I thought it might be useful to mention it here because there was a comment that this is a common problem.
