Quick Formations

I have found Quick Formations to be very useful. Provided you have the information required the company will be up and running by the end of the day and they have "partnership" option to allow you to file using them

Just google them, maybe what you are looking for

Made Simple group

When I saw the question, my first thought was to recommend the Made Simple group.

I've met the MD, Howard Graham, a Chartered Accountant, and rate him and the company.  A quality operation.

I see this is the link you've posted anyway.

use formationes house

£20 online. usually 24 hours, but be vvvvvvvvvv careful about id requirements.

PS, careful about money lingerie etc...   nowadays they need id of each director on formations form.

Obviously the fix is to 'lie' and say it's "just me" everytime, and then appoint all the 'greeks, albanians, afghans' afterwards.

Competition issue

Used this Companies Made Simple recently and it seemed to go OK.

Couldn't help noticing that you are offered a free interview with a TaxAssist franchise holder as a "bonus".

Obviously best not to steer a client towards this service and then leave them to it as you might lose the client!

Can't see why any other Accountant would promote it with the TaxAssist thing present.

Wholesale Company Formation

Tax Assist service is only promoted on the Companies Made Simple retail site.  As an accountancy practice, it's far better to use the Companies Made Simple Wholesale service - which is specifically geared towards volume company formation for accountancy practices.  You can whitelabel the service as your own - or you can simply sign up for a wholesale account - doing this is simple, and all it means is that you are then offered better packages than the retail site.  You also get access to a totally free company secretarial system.  For more information about the wholesale services and the company secretarial system (a free system for managing all companies in one place) - then visit http://www.companiesmadesimple.com/cosec/

Emails on white label formation

I used the company formation service with the Made Simple Group, I found this straight forward and would use again.

I have emailed the Made Simple Group twice on the white label company formation service, one was sent a few months ago and another more recently. My emails have not been responded to. Is it me?

Who do I need to contact  to discuss this aspect further?

use SignatureSense

The business  provides a white-labelling solution with a monthly fee of around £20.00. You can request a trial for free. After hearing good reviews I have signed up myself.

Also with SignatureSense

I agree Brian. The white labelling solution with SignatureSense is impressive. The process is quick and the outcome is great, plus it is reasonably priced.

Ciao!
