Microsoft Outlook

Didn't find your answer?

I do not have the "Out of Office Assistant" on my recently installed Microsoft Outlook (2000 SR-1 version). Where can I get it from, please?

Spam
OOO replies also respond to all of those spam messages that you would normally otherwise ignore, thereby informing the spammers that the address is a "live one" and possibly attracting greater levels of spam.

Bear in mind ...
that by sending out of office messages you are advertising the fact that you are away from somewhere and could well be rich pickings for the unscrupulous.

I have seen OOO messages that say things like "I am at a conference in Australia for three weeks and until I return to London I probably won't read any emails. Contact Agatha on 01234 567 890 Ext if you need further details."

I ask you!

Duncan
