Model subcontractor terms for chartered subcontractor without PI

Model subcontractor terms for chartered...

Didn't find your answer?

I'm about to take on a professional subcontractor who doesn't have their own practice or PII and want to cover their work for me under my PII (as permitted by my own insurers).

I seem to recall that last time I did this , I got some model terms from ICAEW or CIOT website to cover them being on my PII but I can't find anything on either website and I don't have the old precedent.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and know where to find it or what it's called?

Please can I ask a favour.......??

Hi Naomi, I am a CIMA member and so cannot login to the ICAEW site, but I would really appreciate being able to use the model subcontractor contract. If you wouldn't mind, please can you email me a copy when you have it? My email address is: [email protected]. Thanks ever so much x
