Money laudering rules to be relaxed?

Can it be true that the ridiculous faff of proving the identity of clients you've known (for decades in some instances) is to be made easier?

The telegraph thinks so but only for - and i quote- "Companies with sales of £13,000 or less"

£13K? Surely they mean £130K?

Can it be that someone has finally seen sense.......
