I love Moneysoft Payroll, or at least I did until I came to doing my first P35. I don't seem to be able to generate a P38A to go with my P35. Incidentally, can a P38A be filed online?
I have a couple of other quibbles eg. making an entry in Box 28, CIS deductions suffered seems to affect Box 25 NICs and Tax Paid already and by a different amount.
It surely can't be just me having these hassles! Perhaps others can share how they overcame these issues?
If not I'll call the Help desk later in the week and report back. Thanks.

Moneysoft and P38As
Andy, I love Moneysoft too! If you consult the help information under P35 questions, it points out that you can submit a paper P38A if you have employees that were not entered on the payroll. But the system expects you to answer yes, you have enclosed a P14 for every employee, and therefore you don't need to file the P38A.
So to answer your question, it won't do an online form.
It points out that there's no saving in time in not putting these employees on the system, since you'd need to keep some record of what you paid them anyway.
