Does anyone know how I can filter incoming e-mails automatically and file them into appropriate folders, depending on who they are from. Are there any manuals for tips such as this available?

MS Outlook 2000
Click on Tools on the toolbar and use Rules Wizard.Click on create and then follow the step by step instructions.
Of course you must ensure that the desired folder already has been created.Do this by clicking on File,Folder,New Folder.
