Mulit product break even analysis

Hi,

Does anyone know of any websites which provide excel templates for Multi-Product Breakeven analysis. There are a lot which provide single product templates. We have several thousand products once sizes are taken into account as it is a retail business. Thanks.

I doubt you'll find a spreadsheet to do what you want. It's not really a break-even analysis when you have multiple products because you have multiple levels of common costs.

With multiple products, what you are really doing is assessing the contribution by each product and product group to the fixed costs.
