new accountants taking over - but how do we know?
We have had a couple of situations recently where we have found out by chance that clients have appointed new accountants, but neither the clients nor the new accountants have told us or even asked for any hand over information.
Has anyone else had this and how does the new accountant manage to produce anything accurate or deal with election deadlines etc. Dont people do clearance letters anymore?
