Nil P35s

When the P35s came in the post, I happily shredded the lot as I always file everything online.

Now I realise that there are 2 companies which need nil P35s because they didn't have any paid employees in the year. I can't submit nil returns online (I don't think) but I don't have the original forms because I stupidly shredded them.

Is it enough to write to HMRC to let them know there is no P35 required? Or do I need to find a substitute form from somewhere?
