No 64-8 and IRIS

I have a client who I have just taken on. HMRC have lost the form 64-8. Does anyone know how I can file the Return before 31 January using IRIS ie how I treat them as an unauthorised client. I am told it should be possible but cant see how! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
