Opening PDF files

Opening PDF files

Didn't find your answer?

I have saved several PDF documents in a file but when I want to view them I have to open each one separately. Is their a way to save them so that they can all be opened and viewed easily? Do I need some new software? I just use the free Adobe software.

Thank you
I will try the software - many thanks.

The documents I have to read individually are those I have created from letters typed in Word that I save as PDF files (using Cute free software).

Try this freeware tool
Hi - I use this tool, as it allows you to create a 'project' of multiple documents that you then create as a single pdf file. you open each original document, print to the pdf writer, then choose the pages to save as a pdf. that should give you what you are looking for.

good luck!

How are you saving them?
Hi Liz

How are you saving the documents, i.e. did you scan them or were they saved from an incoming file? If the latter I guess that you are stuck with them as they came, i.e. one by one. If the former then I would be surprised if the software does not allow you to scan multiple pages to one document. Spend a few minutes scouring the settings, usually in menu/tools/.

We have a marvelous network copier/scanner/printer that can send one or more documents to a user's desktop as an attachement to an e-mail. This can then either be saved or forwarded to an intended (hopefully) recipient.
