Outsource to Singapore - Advice

Didn't find your answer?

I am looking at the option of establishing a company in Singapore which may be a cost centre or profit centre arrangement. Can anyone refer me to good sources of information on the practicalities and tax issues?

Singapore
Ian -
We have operated a Representative Office in
Singapore for some years, which is effectively a Cost Centre.

It is not able to trade in its own right, although employs local Singaporean staff who carry out a variety of functions for us in the Far East.

Singaporebusiness.com seems to offer some good advice in relation to business vehicles & also has links to further advice.

There is no doubt it is a very stable place to operate from both politically & economically - their legal system is very similar to ours & everyone speaks English.
