We have a Dutch employee who works in our Dutch office. Visists to UK are rare - probably 6 days per annum. He is provided with a company car and private medical in the Netherlands. He is not paid via the UK payroll. Do we need to complete a P11D for him?
Also should he be included on the UK payroll on code NT and no NIC or is it ok to have a seperate Dutch payroll and pay him that way as we are currently doing?
