Has anyone successfully filed online where client is not on their HMRC PAYE client list?

Follow these steps: go to www.hmrc.gov.uk, then click on login, then click on PAYE for employers, then enter your agent login details in the boxes.

In the box on the right side there is a panel called "filing only service". Click on "filing ONLY - file a return". Add the client's details to the "unauthorised client list" and then you can submit the P11D(b) and P11Ds.

Thanks, I also found out you can file without authorisation using third party software.
