P11d penalty notices
We have received a number of penalty notices from Edinburgh for late submission of P11ds this morning, but these relate to forms that were sent in well before the deadline. Speaking to the tax office it seems as though the date of processing has been logged as the date of receipt. Although we can appeal, it is still really annoying that we have to go through this process for something that should just not happen.
