I have just been notified of a PAYE P6 coding notice which is available to view online - so it says !
On logging in to my agents PAYE area and waiting a long time to access the notice it fails, redirecting me to a Service Availability (sic) link. This tells me the service has been UNavailable since 4 January ! Then why send me the email !! and how am I supposed to code this employee as I opted to only receive electronic notices.

Anyone else had experience of this ?

I gave up
I reverted back to paper copies because I was frequently being sent e-mails telling me to check my inbox and then finding nothing there, so lost complete faith in that side of the system.

I also didn't like the fact that you only have 7 days to view the message. What happens if you go away for a week!

Hi Gerry,

Had that too....we called the Online Services Help desk who told us that they knoew about this issue. It then sorted itself out.
Would suggest that as you haven't ben able to view your P6's via your secure logon, you may wnat to call them to have this escalated upwards....remember to get the case number.
