PAYE UNDERPAYMENT

A few of my clients have received PAYE under payment notices. On checking HMRC have not credited the account with last years online filing incentive of £150.

I have tried phoning the accounts office but get cut off after waiting ten minutes.

I dont want to waste time writting letters to dispute the amount to find that HMRC will adjust
when they realise they have made a mistake.

My question is have they made another mistake causing stress to MANY innocent tax payers.
