On logging into the HMRC website we find that we have lost all our clients whose names begin with E.
Not on the list, not if you look for them by name,not if you try by UTR!
Where have they gone?
Is this a common thing or have I been singled out for special treatment, pehaps on account of it being 17 March !?

not the same problem but......
We have entered several requests for online 64-8 over the last several weeks, for a range of CT, SA and PAYE cases, and they just sit there "awating issue of code". Code never gets issued. We file a complaint with efiler help desk. After 30 days they just fall off the radar as time expired applications.

I have entered the authorisation code for 3 clients recently, all seemed OK, they disappeared from the list of those awaiting a code but they haven't appeared on my client list. HMRC agent line confirmed they have no record of me being the agent either. So I've resorted back to 64-8s.
