After Training Comments
We were a little surprised that our demonstrator had to keep asking questions of base, but we got through the topics in a full day.

Use of the program will be relatively easy the more we use it, we predict.

The only major dissappointment, so far, is that the Accounts formats are not as usable as we would have liked. For example, the Fixed Assets Schedule for Sole Traders does not include 'additions'. Simple to modify, when you know how, but a pain if you want to get up and going immediately. Additionally, the Schedule 3 Data for SA Returns is still undergoing development.

The helpline is friendly and appears to take note of 'wish lists'.

From our experience, allow atleast a day, post training and several calls to the helpline, before expecting to produce final work.

We used Auditman before and the options that ProAcc gives us are welcomed.

No comment, as yet.....
We have already commited ourselves to purchase the accounts package and delivery and training takes place on 17th October.

We made the choice as a direct alternative to Sage. We are sick and tired of their 'Big Brother' approach. Once Sage have got you onboard, they squeeze.

Within two years, the cost of aquisition of Proacc will (compared with the nominal cost of upgrading Auditman to Sage)be recovered by substantial reductions in support costs.

Please feel free to contact us in a few weeks for an update.
