I have a client who has moved and now lives in Northern Ireland - but still has a property in England which he lets out. Presumably he still accounts for tax and submits a Tax Return in the normal way.
Many thanks
Steve

Tongue firmly in cheek....
A) They do not pay income tax in Wales because nobody there has a job
B) Wales and NI are both north of Watford. (I believe)
C) Lying on a beach is no different to lying anywhere else. Just be careful the wind doesn't change or your face will get stuck.

Sorry if I appear to be smug, but I don't find January to be a difficult tax month at all.
But, I don't do tax compliance and I give tax advice only to companies.
Quite relaxing really - I recommend it.
Now, should I go skiing next week, or lie on a beach somewhere?
Help each other

If you don't know the answer the question's difficult, if you do it's easy. Simple. What's with the playground bullying?
Thanks a bunch Roger
It's just that I wondered if Northern Ireland had some quirky tax laws. After all, I know for a fact that nobody in Wales is subject to Income Tax.
Erm...
Some people are not good at geography, but there's no need to be rude.
Regards from East Angular.
Well yes
No different to Basingstoke, mate. Northern Ireland is part of the UK and taxed as such.
