A problem with Outlook (no numbers I'm afraid!)

Didn't find your answer?

The first letter or so of most (not all) lines is not being printed. It's fine on the screen. Has anyone come across this before? Our computer guy can't seem to fix it.

try it
I think this is a "suck it and see" situation, Chris. Investigate what settings are different between the two machines, adjust your printer to match the other one and see what occurs. Does that fix it?

....or the printer?
Sure it's not a problem with the printer rather than Outlook? Can you print sucessfully from Word, Notepad etc?

You might like to try this link if the answer doesn't appear in time from contributors at AccountingWeb.......

Hope something here helps. If not post again and I'll give it more thought.

Best of luck.

Thanks Gareth...
...I can't find anything on that link but I think you're correct. My printer is a LaserJet 2100 - I've just printed an offending email off on a nearby LaserJet 2100M and it's fine. What would you suggest - changing my settings on the 2100 to match the 2100M?
