Pub managers.

Pub managers.

Didn't find your answer?

I have a client who owns the freehold of a pub (nice job if you can get it!!) and wants to appoint a manager on a contract whereby the manager would be responsible for appointing and paying the bar staff in consideration for a percentage of turnover.

I believe that there are standard contracts which are used in these circumstances. Does anyone out there have any knowledge of these and, if so, where I could lay my hands on one?

There are a few free pints if anybody can help!!!

Did you find any information on this?

Steve

Today had an enquiry from a similar client set up, with the manager on a percentage of takings but responsible for all staff.

Seems to me the type of set up that HMRC could raise a status enquiry on.

Wondered if you found anything in respect of the type of contracts being used.

Thanks

Phil
