We are in our second year of using QPay.
Last year was, comparativley, uneventful. Not so this year.
The update of QPay is a complete re-write. We had operational issues on installation. Calls on their support line are unanswered (the message says they are busy at this time of year) and emails are not returned.
Today we have received an update CD, which is intended (we assume) to resolve software issues. Well in may do eventually, but the CD will not run.
Anyone having similar problem.
Anyone got a solution?
