Accounting for service charges and service charge accounts

Accounting for service charges and service...

Didn't find your answer?

I have been advised that there may have been a recent change to the way service charges are dealt with in Property Companies, I have searched online and been in touch with Companies House to no avail. The client that told me insists there are new rules and that they were told by their property management agents.

Does anybody have any information to assist and if the rules changed, from what date?

What Format? existing limited company?
We have just been looking at this.
The examples are for companies limited by guarantee.
Does anyone know what we do for existing standard limited companies acting as flat management companies? Do they need to be converted or closed and set up again in new format?
