Nothing to do?

It's the end of November and SA season is imminent.

Exciting AccountingWEB questionnaire

Hey everyone,

How would you like to be involved in shaping the future design and functionality of AccountingWEB? Sounds good, right?

We are on the look-out for members that would like to participate in an in-depth 1-2-1 interview and usability study.

We realise that you are approaching your busiest period, but if this sounds like something you would be interested in doing, and you have a spare five minutes this afternoon or weekend, just complete this short questionnaire.

(Oh yeah, one last plug: Don’t forget to complete the AccountingWEB survey I posted in the first post.)

In-depth?

I've asked this question by PM, since I was contacted directly, but it seems appropriate to post it here as well.

You are talking about doing in-depth one-to-one interviews. Just how much time are you expecting people who sign up to devote to this? We can dip in and out of here whenever we like. Committing to an interview is going to take a defined chunk out of the working day (at a busy time of year as well). Unless this commercial site is willing to pay people for their time, that seems a lot to ask.

I am deeply saddened to learn that I did not receive such an invite.

Had I done, I would have been more than happy to politely decline the offer.

Call for participation

The in-depth survey should take one hour. We understand that you’re all stretched for time over this period, but if you are available, we’d love to hear your thoughts.

You can still offer feedback through our user survey, which you can complete at your convenience.

@Cheeky: Please don’t be put off. The thought of an in-depth ‘cheeky time’ interview with you makes me giddy with excitement.

Register through this link for the in-depth usability study.

It is not cringeworthy.
The bond Richard, Francois and I have is almost brotherly. In fact, they both message on such a regular basis that I’m expecting an invite any time soon to the Sift Christmas party.

Friends!

Thank you for your support brother Cheeky. The Christmas invite is in the post. Attached to the invite is the AccountingWEB survey.

@hje: You can join our gang too. We even have a secret handshake. But I'm afraid cringing is part of the initiation.
