Accounts submitted to a the charities comission

Didn't find your answer?

I am trying to view the accounts and trustees annual report for charity limited by guarantee.  The income for the charity is:

Financial year end (FYE) Income Spending Accounts received Annual Return/Annual Update received View
31 Mar 2013 £56,301 £56,431 30 Jul 2013 29 Jul 2013
31 Mar 2012 £62,451 £59,742 17 Dec 2012 17 Dec 2012
31 Mar 2011 £61,115 £53,102 13 Feb 2012 (13 days late) 13 Feb 2012 (13 days late) Accounts
31 Mar 2010 £56,120 £46,486 02 Jul 2010 02 Jul 2010
31 Mar 2009 £61,960 £41,322 04 Sep 2009 04 Sep 2009 Accounts

Can any one tell why the accounts for the year end 31/03/2012, and 31/03/2013 are not displayed?

Thanks

Yes they are for a charitable company limited by guarantee. I thought the accounts have to sent to the charities commission and companies house........SORP 2005.

They have clearly been submitted to the Charities Commission as their receipt is recorded on the above extract.

So your question is about what the Charities Commission have since done with them, and why they can't be viewed on the website. Only the Charities Commission can tell you that.

If they have also been filed at Companies House you can get them from there anyway surely, so does that not solve the problem?
