Allowable expenses for a chef

Are any of the following allowable expenses for a self employed chef -

1) A bike purchased just before trading commenced, to travel to work.

2) Yoga classes for a bad back caused by standing in kitchens.

3) Cost of a flight abroad to sample a certain cusine.

I think the answer to 1 is yes but I would love some thoughts for 2 and 3.
