Alternative to paying Companies House by cheque

Alternative to paying Companies House by cheque

Didn't find your answer?

Some Companies House services (eg striking off) require payment by cheque. I haven't got a cheque book. Is there any way round this?

... I always understood a kite was a "rubber" cheque!

EDIT, although further research tells me I am out of date!

Why not get one

Get a cheque book?

I have a cheque book even though I only rarely use it. It avoids the problems you are having.

Client cheque

Get the client to send a cheque - it's what I do.

Haven't had a cheque book for years now.

That's what I do, too, but

I ask the client for a cheque or postal order which Companies House accept.

OGA you are correct

i only used that term because the dears @ CH made a real hash of an exercise recently - i sent in a postal order to cover 2 dosc that could not be processed on line - both the documenst were exactly the same  one officer accepted  one set and the other v( as they had bee separated) rejected them on the grounds that the 10 fee was not attached - they refused pont blank to move the 10 from one company to another ... is it any wonder

i am soprry kites have passed from general usage .....

of course the biggest bouncing czech was one Bob Mawell
