Amazon pro-merchant account- monthly turnover figure

I sell on Amazon on UK and DE sites. For accounts purpose I can get Amazon fee monthly invoices by email from Amazon. I am struggling to get exact figure of total monthly sales (total sales value + extra postage charge - refunds). Amazon sends sales figure every 2 weeks which is not helpful.
I need it for VAT returns.
