Annual accounting scheme for VAT - Statement of interim payments

Shortly before the AA year-end, HMRC normally issue a statement of interim payments, containing a reminder to file VAT return and pay balance.  Is it still being issued?  (A client says he had not received it, leading him to believe that the submission and payment deadlines have been postponed.)
