Anyone using TechHit for emails?

Anyone using TechHit for emails?

Didn't find your answer?

I've used TechHit for saving emails for a while now and find it great.

However since yesterday I'm having some issues with it and have had to disable the add-in.

It was causing emails in my inbox to go straight to trash once read and when I try to save one sent email using TechHit it started saving all of the emails in the folder regardless of only one being clicked to save. A real shame as its been working so well.

I've messaged and emailed support and had no reply at all. Whether this means they've been inundated with similar problems I dont know.

Just hoping someone else uses it, has had the same issues and can offer a solution.

We use it

I had a similar problem once where it was moving all the emails in the folder, rather than the one selected, and the options were set wrong. I can't tell you what they were as I am not in the office, but I think there is a tick box in options that lets you choose the selected email, or all emails in the folder.

I have no experience of emails going to trash after reading.

Happy User

I've been using it for a while. No problems. There is a setting for saving all emails in a folder. I think you have accidently enabled that. I have the Quick Jump product as well which is just as brilliant.
