I am becoming anoyed by the number of new online Government systems that tax agents/ accountants have been shut out of, as they can't access the system on behalf of thier clients. So far I have on the list:
- personal tax account
- business tax dashboard
- payrolling benefits in kind online registration
- ERS registration ( for share schemes)
- AWRS (alcohol wholesaler registration scheme)
Can you think of any more?

missing access to information
PAYE dashboard would be handy (except it doesn't work properly anyway and HMRC admit they themselves refer to a different system)
Why do you want access?
Haven't you heard? Tax is much simpler now and HMRC are in the process of "Making Tax Digital", so taxpayers (sorry, "customers") can easily file and pay quarterly, so there is no need for accountants to access tax records anymore. Yay! :)
