What's the best, straight forward (not over complicated) time recording app that integrates with Xero?
We've tried a couple but not found one that works best for accountants that use Xero for their invoicing.
We basically want to just:
- Record time at various rates for various staff members.
- Allow for categorising time (accounts, tax etc.)
- Easy and quick to input time.
- Allow disbursements to be posted.
- Link to the Xero customers and invoicing/quoting.
- Allow for fixed price invoicing (99% of our work is fixed price, but we use time recording to budget and fix the quote).
- Show under or over recovery per client.
- Produce staff recovery reports.
I don't think we need much else.
Any suggestions please?
