A bit of help with Outlook please

Sometime in the dim and distant past I altered the settings in Outlook 2007 so that, when I selected an email in my Inbox, the closed envelope would change to an open envelope after a specified number of seconds. I want to change this setting again but can't see where to. Any ideas?
