If three employees of a company entertain a customer company's employees ( two people ) then can a company claim three fifths of the entertaining cost as allowable and only dis allow two fifths of the cost as business entertaining?

No, it all counts as entertainment and is disallowed for tax purposes.

You can claim travel to and from the entertainment as long as the travel isn't part of the entertainment. But otherwise there's a blanket ban on claiming the costs of entertaining clients, including the costs of the employees who attend.
