Can anyone recommend a good document scanner?

Didn't find your answer?

Hi, I have a client looking at purchasing their own scanner to make a dent in the quarterly receipt and invoice bag, can anyone recommend a fast and reasonably priced scanner with a document feeder? Thanks in advance.

Another vote for Fujitsu Scansnaps. I use the S510 and it's brilliant.

Same again

I've had my Fujitsu ScanSnap since 2009 and it's still going strong, after scanning thousands of pages.  A great piece of kit.  No competition in my view.

Ditto

Like Locutus, many thousands of pages scanned and my Fuji Scan-Snap just goes on and on and on.

Best piece of time (and space) saving kit I ever bought.

Have also good experience over the years with Panasonic

Over the years we have had clients also being pleased with Panasonic.

There is a good range of scanners there.

Fujitsu fi 7160

Fantastic scanner. Think we paid £550 plus VAT for it 6 months ago.

How about Receipt Bank

I too have a Fujitsu (ScanSnap S1500) which has given me sterling service for the last couple of years - and have you considered using Receipt Bank www.receipt-bank.com to do all the hard work?
