Reputable PPI claim company = oxymoron

No claim company needed

As mentioned above, it can be done yourself, however if you don't have the time or inclination to then go though a law firm. I can recommend a few that I have professional knowledge of, however I'm not independent on this so PM me if you want their contact details.

As Said Above

No need to involve anyone else its a simple process. All the major banks have it set up on there websites for you to log your claim and they process it without too much hassle. I did one for my mother in law with Lloyds TSB and the money was with us within 8 weeks. Don't take the first offer though they will always go a bit higher.

It's not really compensation most of the time, it's simply a refund of your PPI premiums paid, plus interest on those payments up to now. There shouldn't have to be any haggling or accepting offers, check your statements to see what you paid out, then work out the interest. If they don't pay the full amount to you, then dispute it. Simple.

its more of a compressed paradox

than an oxymoron , but i wholeheartedly agree , dont use the PPI companies you will be plagued by calls for all sorts of rubbish from here to eternity
