Hi all,
I am a newly qualified ACCA Accountant.
If someone asks me to sign a mortgage application can I do so as I am a member of the ACCA?
I do not have a practising certificate yet.
What are other benefits of me being ACCA qualified (without a PC) to the general public?
I look forward to your responses.
Thank you.

No
You can't do anything without a practicing certificate
Also without a PC you cannot offer any services to the public as an ACCA accountant
Even if you were not qualified you would not be able to act in a regulated profession unless you are supervised for AML, and you would be foolish to act without PII.
