Can I take more than 14 papers in ACCA

Can I take more than 14 papers in ACCA

Didn't find your answer?

Hi everyone,

I understand that there are 14 papers in ACCA.  ACCA also stipulates that in order to gain an ACCA practising certificate, candidates must pass the UK variants of P2 and P7.  So I was just wondering if I can continue to sit the other papers after the requested 14 papers are cleared, cause I work in industry, but I also don't want to limit myself.  So there are two scenarios:

1. If I choose P4 and P5 as the final optional papers, can I still sit for P6 or P7 afterwards?

2. If I choose P2 INT paper before I qualify, can I resit P2 but with UK version at a later time?

Thanks.

Yes you can but you can not see the exam entry page via myacca as it changes to Affiliate account i.e no more exams to pass. You will need to contact acca direct though.

Yes. Please email [email protected] with the details of the exams you would like to sit.

Becareful

As per Emma's advice above you can sit for extra papers but be careful when you call ACCA to request for extra paper sitting.

ACCA will set up that paper on your myACCA account and debit your account instantly for exam fee. Lets see if you change your mind half way through then you better inform them as soon as possible otherwise you will have to pay them .

Because it happened to me and i only realized once i received the exam docket through the letter box. I only called ACCA to enquire about it,
