Can a LLP be a partner in a Scottish Limited...

Didn't find your answer?

Can a LLP become a partner in a partnership firm?

Are there any specific provisions allowing it or not allowing it to do so??

If it can join a partnership firm what will be the status of its liability??

Yes

Why do you think a body corporate cannot be a member of a partnership with its own legal personality.

Why indeed can one partnership not be a member of another.

The liability of the LLP will depend on whether it is a general partner or a limited partner. The liability of the members of the LLP will be limited.
