Charity with managed accounts
I hope someone could help me with a recommendation.
I look after the bookkeeping for a small charity, who use Sage 50 for the general ledger accounting which works fine. The problem is that the Charity looks after monies for disadvantaged individuals under licence from the local council, kept in a separate bank account (similar to a Solicitors Client Bank account). At present this information is stored on a series of spreadsheets separate from the general ledgers.
Sage doesn't seem to be the answer for recording transactions for this separate bank account as the Charity needs to produce statements for each of the individuals it acts for and Sage doesn't supply adequate narrative.
