chartity - fishy?

chartity - fishy?

Didn't find your answer?

have been asked by the friend of a friend to be the independent examiner of a small charity (17k). they seem to have only one donor, a limited company and one expense, a payment by a trustee to a hospital in Berlin (i am being told)

I know i am not auditing this but it does not seem right. Plus all members are eastern european, doctors admittedly, but since we do not usually do this I wanted to get your opinions too.

many thanks

If it's registered

at the charity commission and it's donations accord with its governing document there isn't a problem. You can easily check this on line.

I am the trustee of a charity which only has income from one source (rent from a company).
