CIS suffered not put through RTI - how do I correct?

CIS suffered not put through RTI - how do I...

Didn't find your answer?

I have a limited company client with a single director payroll that I process quarterly.

A couple of days ago with the client's permission I filed March RTI including the final return EPS using Moneysoft.

Yesterday they told me in passing that the company had suffered CIS deductions from customers throughout the year. As I had no knowledge of this previously none of this has been reported via RTI.

How am I best to correct this? I know we are still in year officially but with the final RTI already having been filed, I am seeking advice as to what is best to do.

Thank you.

Just file another EPS. This will override the previously submitted one.

Thanks Manchester Man
Do I have to do individual ones for each month or can I dump it all in month 12?

EPS is cumulative, so just report all CIS tax suffered YTD on one submission.

I may be a little late, but

sorry, this may be a little late to help, but we have a guide which describes how to do this:
