Claiming Tax

I worked out of the uk and have done for some time but i have rarely seen any tax refunds over the last eight years. Last April'12 i received £900. I now work outside the uk permanently whilst still being employed by a uk company. I live in Thailand but remain resident of the uk, i.e still paying income tax and nat ins. After lengthy research i think the best option for me is to nominate an agent to claim on my behalf refunding me the difference after fees are paid and take care of my tax on a yearly basis. So i live in Thailand, work for a uk comapnay paying uk income tax and nat ins, i come to the uk once a year on holiday for two weeks, i currently work in Australia for no more than 3 months at a time, then spend 1 month in Thailand. My future works will be Europe,Asia/Pacific area i don't for-see living in the uk until i retire(im currently 30 yrs old). I have no financial connections to the uk or children etc. How do we go about tackling this and what fees i should be paying to tax adviser.
