Client organsies a shoot and supplies runners, ligting engineers etc. in UK for a US customer with no base in UK.
I have considered Notice 741A and as a B2B supply of services, I think this is out of scope of VAT. Do they have to charge VAT. Would appreciate readers' thoughts.
